Handles for climbing with either a pronated or supinated grip.
The standard straight grip handle allows you to climb using either a pronated or supinated hand to emphasise different arm muscles whilst climbing. A pronated grip emphasizes pushing movements, whilst a supinated grip places the emphasis on pulling movements. Straight grip handles are supplied as standard with all VersaClimber models
