    -

The VersaClimber Sport has long been one of the most popular vertical climbers, offering a full body workout that targets all the major muscle groups, and burning more calories than other forms of cardio. Refurbished by our in-house engineers, these represent great value for money, offering commercial grade equipment at a more affordable price point.

Contralateral movement involves the muscles from the opposite side of the body moving at the same time, whereas ipsilateral involves muscles of the same side of the body working together. Contralateral, also known as cross-crawl, follows the natural gait of the body. In the context of VersaClimbing, this would mean that you would push down with your left leg, your right arm would also push down, whilst the right leg and left arm move upwards.
